Oh boy! That would be awesome! Let see...
1. Use $50,000 to buy another property.
2. Use $5,000 to buy bamboo floors for the main level in my house.
3. Use $8,000 for a vacation with my family... maybe mexico.
4. Put $8,000 in our IRAs.
5. Buy the credenza I want from ballard designs. $1,000.
6. Buy a used boat ~ $15,000.
7. Put the rest ~ $8,000 in savings.

I just saw this posted on another blog and I was very practical in how I spent the money (adoption and salary replacement for 2 years to stay home) I will give you my fun list.
15,000 - vacation to somewhere tropical
10,000 - on stuff at Pottery Barn
5,000 - Abandoned shopping at any scrapbooking store I want
10,000 - CKU to Utah with shopping spree included
Ok...I can't help it...I would take a year off school and go back to school to get my RN...probably only the vacation and then a few hundred for scrapping stuff...I am just practical I can't help it!
