Oh boy is it ever hot here! It's going to be 97 degrees which is one degree below our record for June 27th. Our average for this time of year is 77 degrees. The fed-ex driver just stopped to deliver a package and stood in front of the AC while I signed for the package. There isn't AC in her truck... can you believe that?!?!
There's a new county pool near our house that I've not been to so I thought I'd take the kids there this afternoon after work. This pool puts the city pools to shame!!! There's a review of it here. It has diving boards, a cool slide, and buckets that dump water like a fountain. I have a feeling we'll be spending a good amount of time there this year.

It has been hotter than usual up here in Bellingham too. Yesterday I just wanted to go jump in a lake with my clothes on. I hate working when the weather is so nice.
Awesome that you have a great pool nearby! It's 95 degrees here today. Way too hot!

Haha @ FedEx driver standing in the AC. My dad used to work for UPS as a mechanic and had to listen to all the drivers complain about the lack of AC :)
it's sooo hot!!! can't wait for it to cool down... stay cool by the pool =)
